What is the difference between a manufactured home and a modular home?
Modular homes are held to the same local, state and regional building codes required for on-site homes. Manufactured homes are held to a federal code set by the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) and have the ability to move.
Can I order homes that are not at your location?
Yes, we have many homes that can be ordered and delivered to your desired location.
In some cases we will pair you with a local Realtor in your desired location. Some locations we may have land periodically.
What’s the down payment amount for a home purchase?
Down payments differ. Down payments are through the lender in which you are finacing with. The lender you choose to finance your home purchase with will be able to give you specific details about your down payment amount.
Can I make changes to the floor plan I choose?
